COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE – CITY (City) OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2008
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and led those present in the Pledge of
Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Mayor Johnson, City Administrator Sheiffer, Ald. Pavelko, Ald. Borgman, Ald. Werner,
Ald.Schaefer, Ald. Fiedler and also present Clerk-Treasurer Moyer and Assessor Mecha. Ald.
Snead and Ald. Melcher were excused.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Clerk-Treasurer Moyer noted that the meeting had been noticed in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Mayor Johnson advised that there were no issues with the agenda.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ald. Borgman moved, Ald. Fiedler seconded, to approve the minutes of the February 26,
2008 as clarified. Upon a voice vote, the motion carried unanimously.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Assessor Mecha discussed the assessment reevalution. The reevaluation process is due to the
City of Muskego having a new contract with Tyler Technologies an outside firm. On the week of
th
the 24 of March notification letters will be mailed out to residents by the Assessors’ office.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Pavelko moved to adjourn at 7:27 p.m. Seconded by Ald. Fiedler, motion carried
unanimously.
