Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business As Authorized By Law,
the Committee of the Whole will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session
pursuant to:
19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats., Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility, more specifically to consider proposal for the City Administrator candidate. Action may
be taken in closed session. The Committee of the Whole will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
UNFINISHED BUSINESS – Discussion (may include future Capital Budgets), update and possible
action may be taken on any or all of the following:
1. Discuss Ski Jump Buoys on Little Muskego Lake including personal appearance by Mike
Fitzgerald (Ald. Melcher 8/05)
2. Continue review of 2006 Planning Capital Budget request– GIS Planemetric Data
3. Continue review of 2006 Capital Budget
NEW BUSINESS – Discussion (may include future Budgets), update and possible action may be
taken on any or all of the following:
1. Presentation of Administrative recommended budget (Mayor and Finance)
