STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following the Statement of Public Notice, the City of Muskego Committee of
the Whole will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
19.85(1)(e) Wis. States., Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing
of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining
reasons require a closed session; more specifically negotiations regarding the Intermunicipal
Agreement with the City of New Berlin for the Tess Corners Creek North Drainage Basin. Action
may be taken in closed session. The Committee of the Whole will then reconvene into open session
to continue with agenda items.
*19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats., Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility, more specifically the 2004 - 2005 Labor Agreements for bargaining units.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Committee of the Whole will then reconvene into open
session to continue with agenda items.

referred to above in this notice.
