REVIEW MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS – 9/4/03
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSIONS
No. 1: Please take notice that following the Review of Minutes of Previous Meetings, the Committee of the Whole of
the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to: 19.85(1)(c)
Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over
which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically to develop strategy for
negotiating the labor agreements for the City’s bargaining units.
No. 2: Please take notice that following the Interviews of Teen Advisory Board Candidates, the Committee of the
Whole of the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to:
19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, more
specifically to develop negotiation/renegotiation strategy to be used in reopening/terminating the Refuse and
Recycling contract.
