NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the
Committee of the Whole of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed
Session, pursuant to:
§19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public
employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically appeals
regarding Wage and Classification Plan for nonrepresented employees.
§19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public
employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically
compensation and classification study for represented employees.
The Committee will then reconvene into Open Session for the purpose of adjournment.
