COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - AGENDA - 4/14/1999 AGENDA AMENDED * COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - CITY OF MUSKEGO DATE: Wednesday, April 14, 1999 TIME: 7:00 p.m. LOCATION: Aldermen’s Room-Muskego City Hall W182 S8200 Racine Avenue Muskego, WI 53150 CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE REVIEW MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING OF 2/4/99 NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Personal Appearances, the Committee of the Whole will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session pursuant to: §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session more specifically contract negotiations with MMSD; and, §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved; more specifically, billing dispute with MMSD. Action may be taken in closed session. The Committee of the Whole will then reconvene into Open Session to continue with agenda items.
