COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - AGENDA - 2/5/1998 AGENDA COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - CITY OF MUSKEGO DATE: Thursday, February 5, 1998 TIME: 7:00 p.m. LOCATION: Aldermen’s Room-Muskego City Hall W182 S8200 Racine Avenue Muskego, WI 53150 CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE REVIEW MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Review Minutes of Previous Meeting, the Committee of the Whole of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to: 1. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, and §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically Freedom Acres sewer backup claims, Hegler claims, and Accurate Cad/Cam claim. Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Committee will then reconvene into Open Session for the continuation of agenda items. Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the Committee of the Whole of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to: 2. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically Recreation Supervisor position. 3. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons required a closed session, more specifically Metro East Landfill Expansion. 4. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically employee compensation and classification. The Committee will then reconvene into Open Session for the purpose of adjournment.
