COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE- AGENDA - 2/19/1998 AGENDA COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - CITY OF MUSKEGO DATE: Thursday, February 19, 1998 TIME: 7:00 p.m. LOCATION: Aldermen’s Room-Muskego City Hall W182 S8200 Racine Avenue Muskego, WI 53150 CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE REVIEW MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the Committee of the Whole of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to: 1. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons required a closed session, more specifically Metro East Landfill Expansion. 2. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically employee compensation and classification. 3. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically labor agreement, police bargaining agreement.
