REVIEW MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING OF JUNE 25, 1998
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
**Please take notice that following Personal Appearances, the City of Muskego Committee of the
Whole will convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to:
1. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or
written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or
is likely to become involved, more specifically Parkland Mall.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Committee of the Whole will then reconvene into open
session for continuation of agenda items.
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law,
the City of Muskego Committee of the Whole will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into
closed session pursuant to:
2. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session; more specifically cable contract negotiations, and

session; more specifically discussion of a possible border agreement with the Town of Vernon.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Committee of the Whole will then reconvene into open
session for the purpose of adjournment.
