MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 30, 1990
Meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. by Mayor Salentine.
Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, D. Sanders, H.
Sanders, Simmons and Taube and City Clerk Marenda.
Mayor read the Notice of Closed Session.
The 1991 Operating Budget, Tax Incremental District Fund, Park
Fund, and Capital Budget were reviewed.

Assessor Paul DeAngelis reviewed revaluation request and a
request for a Deputy Assessor and clerical help. He noted that
the revaluation request for Plan #3 was approved by the Capital
Budget Committee in the amount of $60,500.00 which was for a two

Hilt moved to convene into Closed Session pursuant to
§19.85(1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of
public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
bargaining reasons require a closed session, more specifically
other specified public business, whenever competitive or
concerning MMSD negotiations. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0. It
was noted that the Committee of the Whole would reconvene into
Open Session for the purpose of adjournment.
The Committee of the Whole reconvened into Open Session.
