MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 16, 1986
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:OO P.M. Also
present were Aldermen DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson,
Penovich, Sanders and Taube and City Clerk Stewart.
The Committee of the Whole met to review the 1987 Operating
Budget and Federal Revenue Sharing Budget for submittal of the
budgets to public hearing.
Dumke moved, Patterson seconded, to approve the Federal Revenue
Motion carried 7-0.
Sharing Budget for 1987 in the amount of $55,000 as presented.
Patterson moved, Penovich seconded, to increase Account 0834,
Motion carried 7-0.
Industrial Park Sales by $75,000 for a new total of $115,000.
Hilt moved, Taube seconded, to increase Account 0831, Interest
on Investments by $5,000. Motion carried 7-0.
Penovich moved, Patterson seconded, to decrease Account 8300-
3212, Contingency, by $50,000. Motion carried 7-0.
Hilt moved, Dumke seconded, to submit budget as presented with
above changes to the public hearing on 11/10/86.
motion carried.
Penovich moved to adjourn at 8:36 P.M. Sanders seconded,
