CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm

ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Chiaverotti, Ald. Borgman, Wolfe, Hammel, Kubacki, Madden and Engelhardt.
Alderman Kapusta absent. Also present: Chief Moser, Captain Rens, Captain Constantineau,
Director Mueller, Maintenance Supervisor George Wolwark and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Deputy Clerk Blenski stated the meeting was properly noticed.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Capital Fund Budgets - Expenditure & Borrowing (discussion continued)
a. Facilities Planning
Mayor Chiaverotti distributed the Muskego space needs analysis.
Chief Moser presented the history of the building and his concern with adding on to it. He also
outlined numerous safety concerns with the existing building.
The Mayor was directed to research the cost of building a new Police Department on the
exisiting campus as well as remodel City Hall.
The consensus was to keep City Hall and Police Department functions on the same site.
Several Aldermen also believed it was cost effective to do both projects at the same time.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Possible reconvening of the Committee of the Whole immediately following Common Council
Meeting of the same date to continue work on agenda items
Alderman Madden made a motion to adjourn at 6:45 pm.
Alderman Wolfe seconded.
Motion passed 7 in favor.
