IRD OF REVIEW - CITY OF MUSKE:GO !INUTES OF ADJOUNED MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1974
The meeting was called! to order by Chainuan Wayne Radtke al 7: 30 P.M.
in the Council Chambers. Also pI'esE:nt WE!I'e Mr. Harold Die! fuss, Wayne
Sorensen, Mr. Raymond Schwalbach and Mrs" Diane Skowronski. Also
present were City Attorney John P. E>uckley, Assessor Paul I eAngelis,
Mr. Walter Turner, Assistant to the Assessor and Ci.ty Clerl Bette J.
Bowyer.

In accordance with See. 70.41(8) (e) éI re<:ording device was used to take
testimony presented.
The Clerk was instructed to read Form of ObjE!ction to PropE rty Assessment
as filed by David Cunningham in beha.lf of Northland Develo} ers, Inc., Tax Key 1f2196. 032. The Clerk then S\<1Ore in Nr. Cunningham who presented
his testimony to the board. The ClE:,rk was then directed t< read letter
dated February 21, 19i3, directed to Mr. David Cunningham Jrom Paul
DeAngelis, City of Muskego ASSE!ssor. ThE! ClE!rk aho read 1 he letter
dated September 13, 1974, also directed to HL Cunningham Jrom Assessor
Paul DeAngelis. Both letters being made a part of the fOrD al records.
Mr. Cunningham submitted copies of tHelve contracts as evi'ence which
Has marked Exhibit D 1 thru 12. TbE~re being no more testj mony to be
presented by Nr. Cunningham, Nr. Buckley qU4~ried the appelJ ant.
Hr. John Buckley, City Attorney, then questioned Mr. DeAngElis regarding
the assessment in question. Following this testimony Mr. I. Ace Bernstein
questioned Hr. DeAngelis.
. The City Clerk then administl:,red thE: oath to Mr. WéLlter Tu) ner, an
assistant to Nr. DeAngelis. Q\.Iestic>ns were then directed 10MI'. Turner
by Hr. Buckley.
Following occurred one question directed by Nr. E. Ace Ben stein to
Hr. Walter Turner. Mr. Bernstein tl-.len direl~ted qUE:!stions 10 both Mr.
DeAngelis and Mr. Turner. Hr. Buckley then questioned Mr. Turner
regarding the objection pres4:nted by Mr. Cunningham. The Ioard then
directed several questions to NI'. Turner and Mr. BE!rnstein.
There being no further testimony to be presl~nted to the bOl I'd by appellants
the board then spent a great dE!al of timE.! in delibE::ration ) egarding
the objection filed.
NI's. Diane Skowronski moved as follo\o1s: "In regard to Tax ~ ey //2196.032,
I make a motion that the board sustain the asseSSffiEmt in tIe amount of
$422,140.00". Motion was seconded by Mr. Wayne Sorensen. Upon a voice
vote the motion carried unanimously.

the board.
