Ø1eeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by ChaiIman Wayne Radtke.

Mr. Schwalbach moved, as seconded by Wayne Sorensen, that a recording
device be used in accord.:ince ~rith Section. 70.47 (B) 1:0 take testimony
presented by objectors. Motion carried.
The following objector present:ed his objection:
Rite Realty Inc., 11063 vI. Bluemo1.Jnd Rd., Wauwa':osa, Wis.,
agent being R. J. Gray - T,ax KE~y ~:F216 7.007
The City Clerk swore in Mr. Gra.y who then presented 'lis testimony to
the board. Following his testimony the Clerk admini ;tered the oath
to Ci ty Assessor Paul DeAngel:i s and he presented his testimony
relative to the 1974 assessment.

Following deliberation by the board, Mr. Raymond Sch.-1albach moved to
sustain the 1974 assessment on Tax Key #2167.007 in the amount of
$69,,100.00. Motion was seconded by Mr. Sorensen and the motion carried.
The Clerk then presented an object:Lon filed by Mr. David Cunningham,
as owner or agent for Northland Developers, Inc., wrich objected to
the 1974 assessment for Tax Key :fF2196. 032. The Cle1:k was instructed
by the board to noti fy Hr. Cunni ngh.am that hi s: obj ec tion would be
hea:cd by the board on September 30, 1974, at 7:30 P.M.
There being no further business to come beforE~ the t oard, the board
adjourned at 7:35 P.M. until S'E~ptember 30,1974, at 7:30 P.M.
