Minutes of the Board of ReviE~'w of the City of '1uskego held
on September 19, 1975. ~[hose members present o\1ere as
follows: Chairman Raymond Schwalbach, Wayne R3.dtke,
Wayne Sorensen, Diane Skowronski and Harold Di:kfuss.
Also present, City Assessor Paul DeAngelis and CityClerk
B. J. Bowyer.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Rarmond
Schwalbach at 10:00 A.H. Thl: City Assessor presented his
assessors affidavit for 1975 settingthe valuation of real
and personal propE~rty at 107,088,173 wit,h a 6970 level of
fair market value..
The Board was in session from 10: 00 A.M., unti 1. 4: 00 P.M.,
for the purpose of revie'~7ing and examining the real and
personal property assessment for 1975. The clerk presented
five forms of obj I:ctions to :property assessmeT: t she had
received from Larry J. W:i.lls, E. Vernon Eder Jr., RaYmond
Kva1heim, David G. Olson and William Stanis.
Prior to their 4: 00 P. M':I adj ourmnent the boa! d directed
the City Clerk to set up public hearings on October 2, 1975,
starting at 6: 30 :P .M., allowi.ng 20 minut:es pel appe1ant.
There being no further bus inE~s s the meet:ing Wé s adj ourned
