15:45 P.M.
In accordance with Sec. 70.47 (8) (e). Wayne RadtKe moved, as
seconded by Wayne Sorensen that a recording devic3 would be used
to take testimony, motion carried.
The City Clerk presented to the board the followi~g assessment
obj ection forms submitted by: Larry.J. Wills, Ta I{ Key 2193.012,
E. Vernon Eder Jr, Tax Key 2232.991, Raymond Kval1eim,. Tax Key
2191,011, David G. Olson, Tax Key 2186.994, Wi11i~m Stanis,
Tax Key 2195.020, Geraldine Dr1jacca, Tax Key 216L.159, and
James J. Doonan, Tax Key 2191.071.
May the records note that all appellants appeared in their own
behalf except Mr. William Stanis. Attorney John ~. Buckley
administered the oath to each objector before their appearance
before the board.
After much deliberation by the board regarding ea:h objection
filed the board took the following action.
Re: Larry J. Wills, Tax Key 2193.012, Wayne Radtce moved that
the assessment for 1975 in the ~otal amount of 32,380 be
sustained, motion seconded by Wayne Sorensen, motion carried.
Re: E. Vernon Eder Jr., Tax Key 2232.991, Wayne ;orensen,
as seconded by Harold Diekfuss, moved that the total assessment
in the amount of 35,400 be sustainedfor 1975, motion carried.
Re: Raymond Kvalheim, Tax l<ey 2191.011, a motion made by
Harold Diekfuss, as seconded by Diane Skowronski, that the 1975
assessment in the amount of 34, '700 be sustained, notion carried.
Re: David G. Olson, Tax Key 2186.994, a motion W!s made by Diane
Skowronski, as seconded by Wayne Radtke that the L975 assessment
om tje a,pimt pf 28,700 be~ sustained, motion carried.
Re: Geraldine Drljacca, Tax Key 2161.159, a motiJn was made by
Wayne Radtke, as seconded by Wayne Sorensen, that the 1975 assess-
ment in the amount of 31,400 be sustained, motion carried.
He: James J. Doonan, Tax Key 2:.91.071, a motion vas made by Wayne
Sorensen, as seconded by Harold Diekfuss that the assessment in
the amount of 34,400 be sus't:ainE~d, mot ion carried.
Again be it noted in the re6ords that Mr. William Stanis, Tax
Key 2195.020 who filed an objection did not appea~
There being no further business before the Board )f Review, a
motion was made by Wayne Radtke, as seconded by Wlyne Sorensen
that the Board of Review adjourn for 1975, motion carried. Meeting
