i Those present were Chairman RéL)rmond Schwalbach, members Wayne
,. Sorensen, Wayne Radtke, Harold D :iekfuss and Diane Skowronski.
Also present, City Assessor DE~Angj:lis, City Cle:~k Bowyer and
City Attorney John P. Buc~kley. M~:eting w,as caL .ed to order at
6:30 P.M.
In accordance with Sec. 70.47 (8) (e~) Wayne Rad':ke moved, as
seconded by Harold D iek:Euss that a recording d~:vice be used
to take tes timony, mo tion carried.. Attorney Bu( :kley swore each
appelant before testimony 'was given.
The City Clerk presented to the Board the folloFing assess-
ment obj ection forms subIlli tteé. by Mr. Kenneth A Larsen, Tax
Key 2162.007, Mr. Edwin P. Dtmke, Tax Key 2253.~'97. May the
records show that the clE~rk acknmvledged receip1. of an appeal
filed by Mr. Rudolf A. Heinrich, Tax Key 2224.9~'8, however
Mr. Heinrich never appeared for the appointed t:me, nor did
he appear before the board adjourned. Each appElant who
appeared, did so in their own behalf.
After deliberation by the board rE~garding each (bj ection filed,
the board took the follmving Be tion.
Re: Mr. Kenneth Larsen, Tax KE~y 2162.007:1 WaynE Radtke moved,
as seconded by Wayn,e Soremsen, that the assessmE nt for 1976
be sustained in the amount of 5,400, motion can ied.
Re: Mr. Edwin P. Dumke, Tax KE~y 2253.997:, Wayne Radtke
moved, as seconded by Mr. S oremsem, that the aE sessment for
1976 be sustained in the amount of 8,400, motior carried.
May the records also show that eac:h of the~ above appelants
only filed an appeal with the board relative to land assess-
ments however their objE~ction appeal did contajn values for
improvements also.
There being no further business Wélyne Soremsen n oved, as
seconded by Harold Diekfuss that the Board of REview for
the City of Muskego adjourn.. J~eeting adjourned at 8 P.M. -
