Minutes of the Board of Review held on August 9, 1976.
Board members present were, R~ymond Schwalbach, Wayne
Radtke, Harold D iekfus~3 an(~ vlayne Sorensen. Absent,
Diane Skowronski. Also present were, City Clerk B. J.
Bowyer and City Assessor, Paul DeAngelis.
First order of business was election of board chairma~.
Motion was made by Wayne Rad~ke, as seconded )y
Wayne Sorensen that Raymond Schwalbachbe elected board
chairman, motion carried. Meeting was therefJre called
to order at 10:0C A.N., by Cha:.rman R. Schwal)ach.
The City Assessor presented his assessors affLdavit for
1976 setting the valuation of real and personil property
at 113,796,419 with a 63% of fair market ralue.
The board was in session frc~ 10:00 A.M., unt -1 4:00 P.M.,
for the purpose of revielN'ing and examining th, ~ real anè
personal property assessments for 1976. The \:lerk
presented two forms of o~jections to property assessment
she had received from Kenneth A. Larsen and fuldolph
Heinrich. Prior to adj O1.1rnment .tflE~ board dirt'.cted the
clerk to set-up public h(~arings on September I , 1976,
starting at 6:30 P.M.

There being no further business the meeting WiS adjourned
until September 8, 1976, 6:30 P.M.
