Minutes of the Board of Review held on August 8, 1977.
Board members present were, Raymond Schwalbach, Wayne
Radtke, Harold Diekfuss, Diane Skowronski and Wë:yne
Sorensen. Also present were Ci.ty Clerk Bowyer énd
City Assessor Paul DeAngelis.
First order of business was th'2 election of Boar d Chair-
man. A motion was made by Mr. Schwalbach, as seconded by
Wayne Sorensen, that Mr. Radtke be nominated. ~r. Radtke
then moved, as seconded by Mrs. Skowronski. that ~r. Schwalbach
be nominated chairman. T here being no f1.:Lrther nominations,
nominations were deelared closE~d. Upon a voice roll call
vote, Mr. Radtke was elec tE~d chairman. Meeting ~ as therefore
called to order at 10:15 A"M., by Chairman Radtke.
The City Assessor presented his assessors affidavit for
1977, setting the valuati.on of real and personal property
at 120,008,680 wi th a 54%. of fair :market value.
The board was in session from 10:00 A.M., until +:00 P.M.,
for the purpose of reviewing and examining the r~al and
personal property assessments 1:or 1977. The cle:ok presented
one form of obj ection to property ,assessment she had re-
ceived from James and Janet: Dimond, Tax Key 2286,969. Prior
to adj ournment the board direct:ed the clerk to s~t-up the
public hearing for August 18, 1977, 7 P.M.
There being no further business thj2 meeting was ,ldjourned
until August 18, 1977, 7:00 P.Ml.
