The meeting convenned at 10:: 00 A.H., and the first order of
business was the election of .9. chairman. Wayne Racltke moved,
as seconded by Harold Diekfuss théit v~ayne Sorensen be elected
chairman. Mr. Sorensen declin.ed nomination. Mr. Wéyne'Sorensen
moved that Mr. Wayne Radtke bE~ nODlinéited chairman, motion
seconded by Diane Skowronski, and motion carried.

The Assessor's Affidavit was presentE~d t~o thE~ boarc, indicating
equitable valuations of property asse~ssed at 50% level of fair
market value and total roll in the Sl!Il1 of 138,293,194.
In accordance with S.S. 70.4.7 (6) the board spent the entire day
carefully examining thE~ roll and in so doing reported that the
following corrections should be m,a.de in the roll and as a result
directed the City Clerk to advise the property owners.

Time did not permit the~ board to complete their revLew of the
assessment roll, so therefore adjourned until Octob~r 9, 1978
6:30 P.M., and October 11, 1978 at: 7:100 P.M. The dlte of
Oct:ober 9th will be reserved to compllete examination of the roll.
