Minutes of the Board of Revi(~y;r, said meeting held 01l June 18, 1979.
Members present were, Wayne Ra.d tke, Harold Di,ekfuss and Diane
Skowronski. Absent Dennis NI:Ùbert. Also present W,tS City Assessor,
Paul DeAngelis and City Clerk :Bowyer.
The meeting convenned at 10:00 A.H., and the first I)rder of
business was the election of 8: chairman and vice ch,tirman. Harold
Die:kfuss moved that Wayne Radt:ke b~e. ele<~ted chairman and Diane
Skowronski, vice chairman, mot:ion secondE~d by Diane Skowronski
and motion carried unanimously.
The: assessors affidavit was presented to the board, indicating
equitable valuations of propE:rty éLssessed at ,46'70 le'rel of fair
market value and a total roll in t:he sum of 1,42,500 788.
In accordance with S. S. 70./+7 (6) th~: board spent :he entire
day carefully examining the roll élJ:ld :in so doing re~ )orted that
no corrections should be made in ~~e roll.
There being no further business the Board of Review adjourned
at 4:00 P.M. Be it noted that no :forms of assessment objections
were filed.
