In the absence of the Cha.irman, the City Clerk
called the meeting to order ~t 10:00 A.M. Those
present were City Clerk Charlotte Stewart, City
Assessor Paul DeAngelis~ and Barbara Sands.

The Clerk read a communjLcatioJD. rleceived from M~.
DeAngelis dated April 30, 1982, advising the
Board that the asslessment roll h:as not been
completed.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:02 A.M. until
June 28, 1982 at 10:00 A.M.
