MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 28, 1988
The Board of Review of the Ci.ty of Huskego was eal.ed to order at
6:30 P.Ï'1. by Chairman Torn Ral.ston. 11..180 present wc're Board
MI~mbers Merton Bowyer, Russell Jankml7ski, Harold D .efkuss and
Lynda Guhr, Ass es sors P aul lDeAngE~ lis and Cra ig Lab ~, Clerk Jean
Marenda, Objector Samuel Kordash and City Attorney Don Molter.
City Attorney Don Molter gave a brief outline of tJle procedures
to be f 0 11 owed.
The City Clerk gave the oath to Hr. Kordash, Paul DeAngelis and
Craig Lake.
Mr. Kordash pres ented the reas on~: why' he felt the .lSS es sment was
too high. Assessors Paul DeAngelis and Craig Lake presented
t'2stimony that would substa.ntiate th"2 values and s'lbmitted
exhibits. Mr. Bowyer moved and Hr. Jankowski seconded to
introduce the exhibits into the records.. In addit .on Mr. Kordash
p1C"ovided a printed exhibit for the record wi th hand-wri tten
additions made by the Assessor.
Mr. Jankowski moved to approve the assessment prop )sed by Hr.
Kordash. Motion failed for lack of a second. Mr. Bowyer moved
to accept the Assessor's valuation of ~?84,500. Mr Jankowski
seconded, motion carried unanimotlsly.
Mr. Diefkuss moved to adjourn subjeet to the givin ~ of the notice
to Mr. Kordash. Mr. Bowyer seconded. The Clerk p :esented Mr.
Kordash with the Notiee of Board of Review Determi lation. The
meeting adjourned at 7:32 P.M.
