CITY OF MUSKEGO - BOARD OF REVIEW
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 26, 1989
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was cal]ed to order at
10:03 A.M. by City Clerk Jean Marenda. Also presert were Board
Members Lynda Guhr, Alvin Basse, Russell Jankowski and Joseph
Flintrop, and Assessor Paul D.eAngeli:::. Absent IN'as Merton Bowyer.
The 1989 Assessment Roll was signed by the Assesso] at ninety-two
percent (92%) and presented to the Board of Review.
The Clerk asked for nominatiaos for the position oj Chairman. Mr.
Flintrop nominated Lynda Guhr. Seconded by Mr. JaI.kowski. As there
were no further nominations, Mr. Flintrop moved th;.t nominations be
closed. Mr. Basse seconded, motion carried unanim(~sly. Mr. Basse
moved that a unanimous ballot be cast for Mrs. Guh:'. Seconded by
Mr. Flintrop, motion carried.
Lynda Guhr nominated Russell Jankowski for the postion of Vice
Chairman. Seconded by Mr. F'1.introp, motion carried unanimously.
The Board then proceeded to revi E~\,;r the 1 989 Ass E~S SJ lent Ro 11.
At 3:55 P.M., City Attorney John Macy and Objector Wil Vidal
appeared before the Board of Review.
The City Clerk gave the oath to Hr. \hl Vidal and "ssessor Paul
DeAngelis.
Mr. Vidal presented the reasons ~~y he felt the as ;essment on parcel 112175.999 was too high. Assessor Paul DeAngelis p ~esented testimony
to substantiate the values. Attorney' Hacy partici )ated in the
discussion.
Mr. Jankowski moved to accept the Assessor's valua:ion of $14,000.
Mr. Basse seconded, motion carried unanimously. Tle Clerk presented
Mr. Vidal with the Notice of Board of Review Deter[}ination.
Mr. Flintrop moved to approve the Roll with the ex:eption of an
objection filed by James & Georgta Parnau, with no further
objections to be received without permission of th~ Board, and
further moved to adjourn to July 6, 1989, at 9:00 ~.M. to hear the
objection of James & Georgia Parnau. Mr Jankowski seconded, motion
carried unanimously.
