MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 4, 1990
The Board of Review of the City of Huskego was eal.ed to order at
10: 00 a. m. by Vice-Cha i rman Rus s J anko~Tski. Also 1 ,res ent were
Board members Merton Bowyer, Jospph Flintrop, Alvill Basse and
Lynda Guhr (arrived at 10:27 a.m.) and City Clerk. ean Marenda
and Assessor Paul DeAngelis.
The 1990 Assessment Roll was signed by the Assesso:' at 86% and
presented to the Board of Review. The Asssessor a:.so presented
his report for the year.
Mr. Jankowski asked for nominations for the position of Chairman
for 1990. Mr. Flintrop nominated Russ Jankowski. Mr. Bowyer
seconded. Mr. Basse moved that nominations be elo: ed and that a
unanimous ballot be cast :EorMr. J anko~Tski. Mr. B( Iwyer seconded,
carried.
Mr. Bowyer nominated Lynda Guhr for the position 0:' Vice-
Chairman. Mr. Flintrop seconded. Mr. Basse moved that
nominations be closed and that a unanimous ballot lIe cast for
Mrs. Guhr. Mr. Bowyer seconded, carried.
The Board then proceeded to revip'll the 1990 AsseSS11ent RolL
At 3:50 p.m. an objection was filed by Paul A. \oliedmann. Mr.
Jankowski advised Mr. Wiedmann that he eould have q8 hours notice
prior to the Board hearing his case. Mr. Wiedmann waived his
right for the notice. Chairman Jankowski read Mr. Wiedmann his
rights as an objector. At that time Mr. Wiedmann decided to
accept the 48 hour notification. Mr. Bowyer moved to approve the
roll with the exception of an obj(~ction filed by Piml A. Wiedmann
with no further objections to be l:"ecl~ivE~d without permission of
the Board, and further moved to adjourn to June 7, 1990 at 4:00
p"m. to hear the objection of Paul A. ~Jìedmann. M.'. Flintrop
seconded, carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned ilt 4:07 p.m.
