BOARD OF REVIEW
CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 24, 1991
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego meeting was called to
order by Lynda Guhr a"t 10: (]I 0 AM. Also presemtwe:re Board
members Merton Bowyer, JOSE!ph Flintrop, Alvin Basse, and Russell
Jankowski and City Clerk Jean Marenda and City Assessor Paul
DeAngelis.
Mrs. Guhr asked for nominations for the position cf Chairman for
1991. Mr. Flintrop nominated Lynda Guhr. Mr. Bo~yer seconded.
Mr. Flintrop moved that nominations be closed and that a
unanimous ballot be cast for Mrs. Guhr. Mr. Basse seconded,
carried.
Mr. Bowyer nominated Russell Jankowski for the position of
Vice-Chairman. Mr. Basse seconded. Mr. Flintrop moved that
nominations be closed and that a unanimous ballot be cast for
Mr. Jankowski. Mr. Basse seconded, carried.
Assessor DeAngelis welcomed the Board of Review members and
advised that due to the late mailing by the County of the
Assessment Notices, he would not be signing the assessment roll until July 1, 1991. Citizens have until that date to file a
Statement of Objection with the City Clerk.
The Board proceeded to review the 1991 assessment roll for
errors and omissions.
Mr. Jankowski moved to adjourn to Monday, July 1, 1991 from 6:00-
8:00 PM for the signing of the roll by the Assessor, to review
any changes made to the roll and to hear any objections and to
review objections filed. Mr. Flintrop seconded, motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 4:00 PM.
