BOARD OF REVIEW
CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 10, 199.2
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego meeting was called to
order by City Clerk JHan Ma.rønda at 10: 00 AM:. Als:> present were
Board Members Lynda Guhr, Mert Bowyer, ,Joseph Flintrop and Russ
Jankowski and City Assessor l.aura Mecha. Board menber Alvin
Basse was absent.
City Clerk Marenda requested nominations for Chairnan. Mr.
Flintrop nominated Lynda Guhr. Jillr. Bowyer moved t hat nominations
be closed and that a unanimous ballot be cast for ~rs. Guhr. Mr.
Jankowski seconded, carried unanimously.
Chairman Guhr requestE~d nominations for Vice-chairnan. Mr.
Flintrop nominated Russ Jankowski. Mr. Bowyer movad that
nominations be closed and that a unanimous ballot be cast for Mr.
Jankowski. Mrs. Guhr secondød, carried unanimously.
Assessor Mecha advised that she closed the roll at $525,600,700
assessed valuation, which is a 73.5% ratio.
Mr. Flintrop asked to discuss the Objection which has been filed
by Mr. Diekfuss. Clerk Marenda requested that the discussion be
delayed until the next meeting when the Objector and the City
Attorney will be presHnt.
The Board set the next meeting date for Friday, August 14, 1992,
wi th the time limited to 8: 00 AM to 10: 00 AMI only for the purpose
of hearing the Diekfuss Objection, and any other Objections which
might be filed prior to adjournment on August 14, 1992.
The Board reviewed the 1992 Assessment Roll.
Mr. Jankowski moved to adjourn to Friday, August 14, 1992 from
8:00 - 10:00 AM to hear any objections and review any objections
filed. Mr. Bowyer seconded, motion carried. Meeting adjourned
at 4:00 PM.
