MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEIMHER 2:B, 1994
The Board of Review of t.he city of ]~uskego was calle,! to order by
Chairman Lynda Guhr at 7:00 P.M. Other Board member3 present
werE~ Eugene Gaetzke and Merton BowYlsr. Board :Member 3 Henry
Posbrig and newly appointed member, Darl Honl, were Ln the
audience. Also present were City J~:sse:ssor Laura Mecla, Cole
LaYHr Trumble (CLT) Representat:ive Larry Langmvski, I~ity Attorney
John Macy, and Deputy Clerk Jill Blenski.
The following objections were heard by the Board:
Joyce Miles, represented by Attorney Sanger
Harriet Rice, represented by Attorney Rice
The Board agreed to allow Mr. Hice 5 minutes to revi. ~w
tes1:imony previously pre!sented to t::he Board on SepteJtlber 26,
1994.
Attorney Sanger requested that the prior proceedings of the Rice
case be included with the Miles objection. The Boa~! unanimously
agrHed only as to this case being unique. The City, lid not
objHct.
It was determined that Attorney Macy would research :he legal
questions involved in these cases and the Board wouli make a
detHrmination on the Miles and Rice objections at th!
October 4, 1994 meeting.
At 9:10 P.M., Mr. Gaetzke moved to adjourn to Friday,
September 30 at 6:00 P.M. Mrs. Guhr seconded, carri!d.
