MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTE:MnER ~!6, 1994
The Board of Review of t.he City of IMuskeqo was calle,i to order by
City Clerk Jean Marenda at 8:00 A.M. Present were B)ard Members
Lynda Guhr, Eugene Gaet2:ke and Mert~on Bm>1yer. Also )resent were
Ci ty Assessor Laura Mecha, CQilE~ Lay,er 'rrumble (CLT)
Representatives Larry Langowski and Mark Link, City .~ttorney John
Macy and Deputy Clerk Jill Blenski.
Attorney George Rice presented testimony to the Boa~i with regard
to the Motion to Quash that he filed. Gaetzke moved to deny
motion. Bowyer seconded, carried.
City Attorney John Macy reviewed procedures to be foLlowed for
the Board of Review hearings.
The following objections were heard by the Board:

Following testimony by Attorney Rice, Mr. Gaetzke mOTed to defer
determination action until Saturday, October 1. BOWTer seconded,
carried.
The Board recessed for lunch.
The Board reconvened at 1:25 P.M.

The Board deferred the Joyce Miles objection until W~dnesday,
Sept.ember 28, 1994 at 7:00 P.M. It: was determined tlat the Rice
objection would also be reviewed at that time.
