The Board of Review of the Ci"ty of Il1uskego was called to order by
Chairman Lynda Guhr at 6: 00 P.M. Board members preslmt were
Mert:on Bowyer, Henry Posbrig, êLnd Darl Heml. Also p: ~esent were
ColE~ Layer Trumble (CLT) ReprlE!sentêlti ve Larry Langow:;ki, Attorney
Julie Gay, representing the Ci t~y, êlnd <:::i t:y Clerk Jea: 1 Marenda.
The Board heard objections for the following:
Greg and Laura Mecha
Victor and JoAnne Murn
William and Lois Schneider
Ronald and Suzanne Hammond
Scott and Terri crangle
Ronald and Janice Loebel
All of the above property owners were represented by Attorney
Donald Murn. Attorney r.![urn prE!sent~lE!d "testimony on b,~half of the
taxpayers. Mr. Kingston (Chip) SWélllmv of Swallow a Id Associates
also testified on behalf of the property owners with regards to
an appraisal prepared by his of:ficE~ for t:he six prop,~rties.
Mr. Honl moved to sustain the city for all of the ah)ve
properties. Mr. posbrig seconded. Carried 4-0.
Mr. Honl moved to adjourn to 5:30 P.M. on Friday, Qc:ober 7,
1994. posbrig seconded, carried.
