MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBIEFt 4, 1994
The Board of Review of the City of Jlfuske9o was called to order by
Chairman Lynda Guhr at 5: 30 P. t-J[. Board members presl mt were
Eugene Gaetzke and Merton Bowyer. Also present were City
Assessor Laura Mecha, Cole LaYE!r Trumble (CLT) Repre: ;entati ves
Larry Langowski and Mark Link, City At1:orney John Ma,:y and City
Clerk Jean Marenda.
Attorney Macy reviewed the Rice and Miles cases.

Carried 3-0.

Carried 3-0.
Attorney Macy reviewed with the Board the Motion to J~consider
Decision of Board of Review dUE! to Failure of 'raxpay.~r to Appear
filed by Lynne Belsha. Mr. Gaetzke moved to hear objection. Mr.
Bowyer seconded. Carried 3-0. Appointment to hear ":he Belsha
objection was set for October 14.
The Board noted it was meetin<g toni9ht for four hour:;, and
during the course of this four hours between hearing:;, as in
each Board proceeding, will take every opportunity t,) look
through the assessment roll for errors, omissions or problems
with the roll, and will point élny of them out to the City or the
Clerk.
The following objections were heard by the Board:

Paul F. Kinsey (Represented by Agent, Dallas Strube)
Raymond Christenson (Represented by Tom Christenson)
Benny and Jean Chamberlain
