MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBJEFt 15, 1994
The Board of Review of the Cioty of Ilfuskego was called to order by
Chairman Lynda Guhr at 9:00 A.t.L Board members presl!nt were
Mer1:on Bowyer, Gene Gaet.zke, JDalrl Honl", élnd Henry Po::brig. Also
present were Cole Layer Trumble (CIÆ) Representative Mark Link
and Lawrence Langowski, City Assessor Laura Mecha, C..ty Attorney
John Macy, and City Clerk Jean Marenda. Present on ]>ehalf of the
objectors were Attorney Michael Schober élnd Attorney James
Gae1:zke.

Attorney Schober presented wr.i t.ten sta1:ement. Comparables used

One case will develop testimony for all tillable lanel and will
apply to all. Test case is Jack King farm.
The Board made individual Determinations on the abOV4!
objHctions. Gaetzke moved to assess the tillable land at $1,200
per acre based on the comparables presE~nt:ed by the p: 'operty
OWnE~rs and an analysis of the data as pre!sented by tILe City, and
tha1: the Board did not find a basi~: for settin9 a di::ferent
value in the City of the land and føels there is one value per
acrH. Bowyer seconded, carried 5-0.
On October 5, 1994, the Board ~:ustélined t:he Ci'ty assossment for
the Mecha, Murn, Schneid.er, Hammond, Crangle, and L04!bel
properties. Mr. Honl moved to approve the Findings (If Fact and
DetHrmination regarding the Objections filed by the :Iix Little
Muskego Lake Dam property ownlers. Mr. Posbrig seconded. Carried
4-0. Mr. Gaetzke did not vote as he was not present at the
October 5, 1994 Board meeting.
Mr. Honl moved, Bowyer second,ed, that 'thE~ Board has ,:arefully
examined the rolls and corrected all apparent errors and
descriptions and computations and have added all omi.:ted
properties. Motion carried 5-0.
Mr. Gaetzke moved to approve the Assessment
the decisions of the Board arud finalize the
final adjournment at such time as the Clerk
statutory duties of Section 70.47(12). Mr.
motion carried 5-0.
