MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOB:EFt 10, 19!94
The Board of Review of t.he Ci"ty of MuskeÇJo was called to order by
Acting Chairman Darl Honl at 1: 00 P.M. Board member; 1 present
werH Merton Bowyer and Henry Posbri9. Also pr,esent 'lere Cole
LaYE~r Trumble (CLT) Represent,at~ive Mark Link, City A;lsessor Laura
Mecha, City Attorney John Macy, and Deputy Clerk Jil - Blenski.
The Board heard objections for the following:
Harold and Carol DeBack
Stanley and Margaret Behling
Donald and Katheryn Zoellner
Edwin P. Dumke
David Ludwig and Judith Strampe
(There were seven separate objections filed for
properties owned by þI[r. Lud~7ig éLnd ]"1s" Strampe).
The Board made Determinations on Ull9 above obj ,ection I.
The Board recessed for Dinner.
At 6:30 P.M. the Board reconvened for its evening selsion.
The Board was called to order by Chairman Lynda Guhr,
Also present were Merton Bowyer, Henry Posbrig, City Clerk Jean
Marenda, and City Attorney Rick Trindl. CLT Represeltative, Mark
Link, was also present.
The Board heard objections for the following:

Anthony and Vicki Roslawski (No Appearance-Objection Withdrawn)
Steve and Melissa Kay Rabe
Larry Yaeger
John and Mary Ann Brunner
Emily and Jordan Hill Testamentary Trust,

The Board made Determinations on the above objection5
Mr. Posbrig moved to adjourn to 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 11,
1994. Mr. Bowyer seconded, carried 3-0.
