CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 30, 1995
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was calle,i to order
by Chairman Lynda Guhr at 7:00 P.M. Also present we"~e Board
Members Mike Hanrahan and Henry Poslbri~;J, City .A.ssess')r Laura
Mecha, CLT Rep. Mark Link and City Clerk Jean Marend,l. Board
Members Tom Kintis and Gene Gaetzke were absent.
The Clerk announced the meeting was noticed in accoDiance with
the Open Meeting law.
The Clerk called the case of IJ]~MES ,/\ND LORIE ROSS j' T. lX Key No.
2177.939.006, W192 S6568 Hillendale Drive. Assessed valuation
of ~~264, 100. Property owner's opinion of fair marke: value
$220,000. The Clerk swore in Mr. James Ross and Ma~k Link.
The Board heard the test.imony. Ass.essor agreed to l,)wer
aSSHssment due to incomplete basemEmt .to $238,900. Hr.
Hanrahan moved to approve the reduced valuation of $!38,900.
Mr. Posbrig seconded, carried 3-0.
The Clerk noted the Board will meet on Monday, June ~9, 1995 at
7:00 P.M. to hear the 1994 Brauch ca.se which has bee 1 remanded
to the Board by Circuit Court for a new hearing, and any other
1994 cases which may come back.
Mr. Hanrahan moved to finally adjourn the 1995 Board of Review
subject to the Clerk complying with Section 70.47 (I!) of the
State Statutes. Mr. Posbrig seconded, carried 3-0. Meeting
adjourned at 7:18 P.M.
