MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 25, 1995
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was callecl to order
by Chairman Lynda Guhr a.t 6:50 P.M. Also preslent we:~e Board
Members Michael Hanrahan, Henry Posbri9 and Thomas K.ntis, City
ASSE~ssor Laura Mecha, CloT reprE!sentati "Ie Mark Link, (:i ty
Attorney Rick Trindl and City Clerk Jean Marenda. BOolrd Member
Gene Gaetzke was absent.
Clerk Marenda reported t.his IDleE!tinçr was noticed in al :cordance
with the Open Meeting Law.
A Motion to File Late Objection to Board of Review f.~om James
A. Ross and Lorri K. Ross, W192 S6568 Hillendale Dr. was
acknowledged by Chairman Guhr. Mr. Hanrahan moved t,) accept
motion. Mr. Posbrig seconded, motion carried 4-0. r~he Board
and Mr. Ross agreed to a hearing date of Tuesday, M~r 30, 1995
at 7:00 P.M.
A Motion to File Late Objection to Board of Review f.~om PETER
S. KOHANOWSKI, S77 W1598:0 Woods Road was acknmvledged by
Chairman Guhr. Mr. Hanrahan moved to accept motion. Mr.
Posbrig seconded, motion carried 4-0. Mr. Kohanowsk. and the
Board agreed to waive the 48 hour notice. The Clerk called the

W15980 Woods Road. Assessed Value $194,400, propertr owner's
opinion of fair market value $160,000. The Clerk sw>re in Mr.

Mr. Kintis moved to approve the stipulated value of ~36,600
Land and $129,600 Buildings for a total of $166,200. Mr.
Hanrahan seconded, motion carried 4-0.
