MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 21, 1996
The Board of Review of t.he City of Muske9o was calle,i to order
by Chairman Lynda Guhr at 6:00 P.M. Also present we~e Board
Members Thomas Kintis, Collette Klenz, Henry Posbrig and
Michael Hanrahan, City Assessor Laura Mecha, CLT
Representati ves Mark Link and. Heid 'rerry J' City Att.or ley Rick
Trindl and Clerk-Treasurer Jean Marenda.
Clerk-Treasurer Marenda announced the meeting was no:iced in
accordance with the Open Meeting Lmv.
The Clerk-Treasurer called the case of Robert FitzsiJlmOnS, Tax
Key Number 2209.943, PT NW 1/4 Sec 13 'P5N R20E PT Lo: 49 Unrec.
Hi-View Acres. Assessed valuation for land only of ;22,400.
Property owners opinion of fair market value $3,200. The
Clerk-Treasurer swore in Mr. Robert~ Fi'tzsimmons and .~ssessor
Mecha. The board heard testimony from Mr" Fitzsimmols and
Assessor Mecha . Mr. Posbrig moved to sus1:ain ,P..ssess, >r' s
valuation. Mr. Hanrahan seconded, motion carried 5-).

Assessed valuation $30,600 land and $115,800 imprOVeJlents for a
total of $146,400. Property o~meni opinion of fair l1arket
value $132,900. The Clerk-Treasurer swore in Jeffr~r and
Ziebbie Evans, Assessor Mecha and !Ii.ark Link. 'The bo lrd heard
testimony from Mr. & Mrs. Evans, Assessor Mecha and '1ark Link.
Ms. Klenz moved to sustain Assessor's valuation. Mr, Hanrahan
seconded, carried 5-0.
The Clerk-Treasurer called the case of Lee E. & Lauri J.
Kin9sbury, Tax Key Number 2191.186, W203 87789 Wood 3erry
Lane. Assessed value $44,100 land and $158,000 buil,iings for a
total of $202,100. Property owners opinion of fair aarket
value is $187,162.72. Board member Mr. Thomas Kinti5 asked
to be excused from hearing this case since he was a Ieighbor of
the objector. Permission granted. The Clerk-Treasu~er swore
in Mr. Lee Kingsbury, Assessor Mecha and Mark Link. The board
heard testimony from Mr. Kingsbury, Assessor Mecha aId Mark
Link. Ms. Klenz moved to sustain Assessor's valuati)n. Mr.
Hanrahan seconded, motion carried 4-0.
Mr. Kintis returned to the meeting.
The Clerk-Treasurer called the case of John W. Wiza, Tax Key
Number 2192.978.010, W194 S7823 Overlook Bay Road. \ssessed
value $48,000 land and $450,400 buildings for a total of
$498,400. Property owners opinion of fair market value is
$450,000. The Clerk-Treasurer swore in Mr. John WiZl, Assessor
