CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 30, 2001
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order by Chairman Lynda
Guhr at 6:00 PM. Also present were Board Members Henry Posbrig and Charlotte
Stewart, Atty. John Macy representing the Board, Assessor Laura Mecha, Atty. Timothy
J. Andringa representing the Assessor and Clerk-Treasurer Jean Marenda. Also present
were court reporter Julie A. Poenitsch and Atty. Richard Frederick representing the
taxpayers Dyer, Moeller and Vitrano.
The Board continued hearing testimony on the Vern and Russell Moeller, Tom Vitrano
and Anthony Vitrano cases which had been adjourned from 7/26/01.
The Board deliberated the following cases individually:
Arthur Dyer, W208 S8903 Hillendale Dr.
Arthur Dyer, Vacant Parcel 2233.997
Vern and Russell J. Moeller, W208 S8543 Hillendale Dr.
Thomas Vitrano, W207 S8710 Hillendale Dr.
Anthony and Betty Vitrano, W208 S8861 Hillendale Dr.
The Board noted they had already approved the 2001 assessment roll and adjourned

sine die at their July 23 meeting, except for the above hearings which were continued.

Ms. Stewart moved to adjourn pursuant to the previous motion on July 23 subject to
Atty. Macy putting the decisions together for the Dyer, Moeller and Vitrano cases for
review by the Board members, and the Clerk mailing the Notice of Determination with
the finalized decision. Mr. Posbrig seconded. It was decided a meeting would only be
called if a Board member disagrees with the written document. Motion carried. The
Board of Review adjourned at 10:44 PM.
