CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 26, 2001
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order bv Chairman Lynda
Guhr at 4:06 PM. Also present were Board Members Henry Posbrig and Charlotte
Stewart, Atty. John Macy representing the Board, Assessor Laura Mecha, Atty. Timothy
J. Andringa representing the Assessor and Deputy Clerk Jill Blenski. Also present were
court reporter Julie A. Poenitsch, and Atty. Richard Frederick representing the
taxpayers Dyer, Moeller and Vitrano.
The Board continued hearing testimony from witnesses on the two Arthur Dyer cases,
which had been adjourned from July 19, 2001. Testimony was concluded on those
cases.
The Board adjourned to Monday, July 30, 2001 at 6:00 PM to deliberate the above
cases and to hear the cases for Vern and Russell Moeller, Thomas Vitrano and Anthony
and Betty Vitrano.
