CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MONDAY, JULY 23, 2001
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order by Chairman Lynda
Guhr at 3:05 PM. Also present were Board Members Henry Posbrig and Charlotte
Stewart; Atty. Eric Larsen representing the Board; and Deputy Clerk Jill Blenski.
Prior to deliberating the following cases, the Board noted that Lynda Guhr and
Charlotte Stewart heard testimony on Tuesday, July 17, 2001. Board Member Henry
Posbrig confirmed that he received recordings of the evidence and all original exhibits
on Wednesday, July 18 and listened to such recordings and reviewed all exhibits.

Prior to deliberating the following cases, the Board noted that Lynda Guhr and Henry
Posbrig heard testimony on Tuesday, July 17, 2001. Board Member Charlotte Stewart
confirmed that she received recordings of the evidence and all original exhibits on
Wednesday, July 18 and listened to such recordings and reviewed all exhibits.

Following deliberations of open cases from July 17, the Board proceeded to hear the
objections as scheduled. The Board noted that a Notice of Intent was filed by James
Lee. Mr. Lee did not submit a written Objection Form; therefore, the Board did not take
any action on this matter.
Mark Link of Cole, Layer, Trumble (CLT) was present for the remaining cases. The
Board continued hearing the objection filed by John Sackman, which was adjourned
from July 18, 2001. The Board deliberated the case and the Notice of Determination
was given to Mr. Sackman.
The Board heard and deliberated the objection filed by Patricia Heger-Casey, W188
S7718 Oak Grove Drive, and the Notice of Determination was given to Ms. Heger-
Casey.
Board Member William Jaskinski arrived at approximately 5:30 PM. The Board
continued to review the assessment roll in accordance with its statutory duties.
Following finalization of the roll, Board Member Charlotte Stewart was dismissed.

The Board noted objection submitted by Gregory and Faith Gaber, S83 W17323
Woods Road. Mr. Gaber gave verbal notice to the deputy clerk that he could not
attend the meeting. The Board upheld the City’s assessment.
The following objections were heard by the Board:

John and Constance Crotty, S74 W12999 Courtland Lane
Hedwig Walker, S75 W12637 Coventry Drive
Michael Larsen, S71 W17637 Lake Drive, appeared before the Board and submitted a
Notice of Intent and an Objection Form at 7:40 PM. Mr. Larsen stated he did not
receive notification of his assessment from the City. Lynda Guhr moved that Mr.
Larsen did not provide evidence of extraordinary circumstances and the Board would
not waive the notice requirements and hear the objection. William Jasinski seconded;
motion carried.
The following objection was heard by the Board:
Paul and Cheryl Feldhausen, W137 S6949 Clarendon Place
Alternate Board Member Tom Duranso arrived and participated in hearing and
deliberating the following objections:

Sean and Judy Devine, W183 S6582 Jewel Crest Drive
David and Patricia Kielpinski, W175 S7217 Lake Drive
Wayne Salentine and Reno Berg (Objection submitted for six vacant parcels on Woods
Road)
Alternate Board Member Tom Duranso was dismissed. The Board then deliberated the
following cases:

Lynda Guhr moved that the Board of Review for the City of Muskego hereby approves
the 2001 assessment roll as presented by the City Assessor and amended by the
Board of Review, and having performed all of its statutory duties and completed all of
its work that came before the Board but for the following objection hearings that have
been continued: Arthur Dyer, Parcel No. 2233.996.003; Vern and Russell J. Moeller,
Parcel No. 2232.983; Anthony and Betty Vitrano, Parcel No. 2233.996; Thomas
Vitrano, Parcel No. 2233.998; and Arthur Dyer, Parcel No. 2233.997. The Board
hereby adjourns sine die, subject to completing the above-mentioned continued

hearings and making determinations in those matters, and subject to the Clerk fulfilling
the Clerk’s statutory duties. Henry Posbrig seconded; motion carried.
Lynda Guhr moved to adjourn to Thursday, July 26, 2001 at 4:00 PM to continue the
above-noted cases. Henry Posbrig seconded; motion carried.
