CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 19, 2001 (Evening Session)
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order by Chairman Lynda
Guhr at 7:08 PM. Also present were Board Members Henry Posbrig and Tom Duranso,
Atty. Rick Trindl representing the Board, Mark Link of CLT and Deputy Clerk Jill Blenski.
The Board heard the following objections:
Lynn Rau (McDowell), S110 W20424 S Denoon Road
David Conrardy, W186 S7691 Lincoln Drive
Paul and Ronna Conrardy, W156 S7977 Audrey Court
Joan Hoppe and Steve Weiner, S75 W19020 Circle Drive
The Board deliberated the Joan Hoppe and Steve Weiner case and the Deputy Clerk
provided the Notice of Determination to the taxpayer, Joan Hoppe who was present.
The Board then deliberated the Lynn Rau (McDowell), David Conrardy and Paul and
Ronna Conrardy cases and directed the Clerk to mail the Notice of Determination by
certified mail.
Lynda Guhr moved to adjourn to Monday, July 23, 2001 at 3:00 PM. Henry Posbrig
seconded; motion carried.
