CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 31, 1998
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order by Chairman Lynda
Guhr at 4:15 PM. Also present were Board Members Henry Posbrig and Collette
Klenz, Atty. Rick Trindl, representing the Board, Clerk-Treasurer Jean Marenda and
Assessor Laura Mecha.
Clerk-Treasurer Marenda stated the meeting was noticed on 7/30/98 at 6:40 PM due to
need for Board to adjourn to this date for appointment with objector at 4:15 PM, which
was only time a quorum of the Board was available.
The following objection was heard by the Board:
Bernice May
Ms. Klenz moved that the 1998 Board of Review hereby approves the amended 1998
assessment roll as presented by the City Assessor and amended by the Board; and
having performed all of its statutory duties and completed all of its work that came
before the Board, the Board of Review adjourns sine die, subject to the Clerk fulfilling
the Clerk’s statutory duties. Mr. Posbrig seconded, motion carried 3-0. Meeting
adjourned at 4:40 PM.
