CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 28, 1998
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order by Chairman Lynda
Guhr at 8:06 AM. Also present were Board Members Henry Posbrig and Collette
Klenz, Atty. Eric Larson, representing the Board, Clerk-Treasurer Jean Marenda,
Assessor Mecha (arrived 8:38 AM), Mark Link and Reid Terry (arrv. 8:38 AM) from Cole
Layer Trumble (CLT).
Clerk-Treasurer Marenda stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open
meeting law on 7/22/98 and amended on 7/23/98.
The following objections were heard by the Board:
Laverne J. Bartes
Robert Phelps (Bayside Tavern)
Muskego Lakes Corporation
Parkland Venture LLC (Art Dyer)
At 2:00 PM, the Board recessed until 6:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, present were Board
members Chairman Lynda Guhr, Collette Klenz, Henry Posbrig and Tom Kintis (arrived
7:00 PM), Clerk-Treasurer Marenda, Atty. Eric Larson representing the Board,
Assessor Mecha (arrived 7:00 PM), Mark Link and Steve Price of CLT, at which time
the following objections were heard:
James and Monica Gronseth
Elsie Schmidt Estate (Jerry Schmidt)
David Ludwig and Judith Strampe (4 parcels)
Warren Jones
Charles Nowakowski
Peter and Elizabeth Dawson
Ms. Klenz moved to adjourn to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, July 29, 1998. Mr. Kintis
seconded, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:35 PM.
