CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 19, 1998
The Board of Review meeting was called to order by Clerk-Treasurer Jean Marenda at
10:00 AM. Also present were City Assessor Laura Mecha and Board Member Lynda
Guhr.
The Clerk-Treasurer read the meeting notice which was published on April 9, 1998, and
faxed to the News media on April 9, 1998. Notice was also posted on the front door of
City Hall, and the bulletin boards of City Hall, Library and Police Department.
The Assessor stated that the roll had not been completed. Assessment notices will be
mailed June 9, 1998 with open book to follow until July 24, 1998. Assessment Rolls
will be placed at 8 banks, Library and City Hall.
Lynda Guhr adjourned the meeting to Monday, July 27, 1998 at 1:00 PM.
