BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:34 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Commissioners D'Acquisto, Misko,
Patterson, Rasmussen, Salentine, and Suhr, City Clerk Marenda,
and City Attorney Molter.
City Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance
with the Open Meeting Law on December 8, 1995.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution #BML 3-95 - Authorization to Approve Vouchers for
Awarded Contracts. Commissioner Suhr moved for adoption.
Commissioner Rasmussen seconded. Carried 6-0.
Commissioner D'Acquisto moved to approve Agreement with Conley
McDonald & Co. for auditing services for the year ending
December 31, 1995. Commissioner Patterson seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
City Clerk Marenda reported payment of voucher in the amount of
$55 for costs associated with district newsletter. Commissioner
Salentine moved to approve voucher in the amount of $5,890.85 to
r Rust Environment for costs incurred regarding the drawdown.
Commissioner Rasmussen seconded. Carried 6-0.
Commissioner Suhr moved to adjourn at 7:40 P.M. Commissioner
D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
