BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY, AUGUST 29, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 6:47 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Commissioners Misko, Patterson,
Rasmussen, Sanders, and Suhr and City Clerk Marenda.
Commissioners D'Acquisto and Salentine were absent.
City Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance
with the Open Meeting Law.
Commissioner Patterson moved to set a Special Meeting Date of
Friday, September 8, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. of the Big Muskego
Lake/Bass Bay Protection and Rehabilitation District for the
purpose of voting on the motion made at the 8/28/95 Annual
Meeting to stop the drawdown, and continuation of agenda items
from the Annual Meeting, and any other new business as required.
Commissioner Suhr seconded, motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board,
Commissioner Patterson moved to adjourn at 6:54PM. Commissioner
Misko seconded, carried.
