BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JULY 25, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:32 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Commissioners D'Acquisto, Misko,
Patterson, Rasmussen, Sanders, and Suhr, Deputy Commissioner
Jeff Kreiser, City Clerk Marenda, City Attorney Molter, Deputy
Clerk Blenski, and Grant Administrator Mark Paulat.
Commissioner Salentine was not present.
City Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance
with the Open Meetings Law.
As this was a special meeting, it was determined that the
minutes of the June 27, 1995 quarterly meeting would be approved
at the next quarterly meeting held in September.
Commissioner D'Acquisto moved for approval of Resolution #BML
2-95 entitled, "Support of and Authorization to Apply for 1995
Lake Protection Grant Diagnostic Feasibility Study of Big
Muskego Lake Draw Down." Commissioner Sanders seconded. Motion
carried 6-0.
Mark Paulat appeared before the Commission regarding the
Hydraulic Analysis. He is requesting authorization to execute
the contract for the study with Rust. Commissioner D'Acquisto
moved to approve and authorized the Mayor and Clerk to execute
the contract. Commissioner Suhr seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
Commissioner D'Acquisto moved to adjourn at 7:42 P.M.
Commissioner Rasmussen seconded, carried.
