BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 27, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:55 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Commissioners Patterson, D'Acquisto,
Dumke, Misko, Sanders, Taube and Woodard, City Attorney Molter,
Deputy City Clerk Blenski and Deputy Commissioner Pilak.
Mayor reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law.
Mr. Jim Jackley of the DNR was present to briefly explain the
"Recommended Alternative Public Boating Access and Waterway
Protection Plan for Big Muskego Lake, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin" which the Commissioners will vote to approve this
evening. The report was drafted by SEWRPC. It should provide a
means of meeting public access and waterway protection
requirements and also includes background and historical
information.
Taube stated the Commissioners should have had an opportunity to
view the plan earlier. Mayor stated that the City did not
receive the revised plan until Friday (September 23) and it must
be approved by October 1.
Commissioner Patterson moved to approve the "Recommended
Alternative Public Boating Access and Waterway Protection Plan
for Big Muskego Lake, Waukesha County, Wisconsin." Commissioner
Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Commissioner Taube moved to adjourn at 8:05 P.M. Commissioner
Patterson seconded, carried.
