BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD MAY 24, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Commissioners D'Acquisto, Dumke,
Misko, Sanders, and Woodard, City Attorney Molter, Deputy City
Clerk Blenski and Deputy Commissioner Pilak. Commissioners
Patterson and Taube were absent.
Deputy Commissioner Pilak stated that the limnocorrals were
installed about two weekends ago. He is requesting the
Commissioners' approval for payment in the amount of $2,200.
Sanders moved to approve payment in the amount of $2,200 for the
limnocorrals. Misko seconded. Carried 5-0.
Mayor De Angelis stated that a decision is needed regarding the
June quarterly meeting for the district. Mayor requested that
the Commissioners consider holding the meeting on a separate
evening rather than 15 minutes before the Council meeting
as that has not been an adequate amount of time. A few
available dates were offered. Mr. Pilak stated that Wednesday
evening works well for the Deputy Commissioners. Misko moved to
hold the district's June quarterly meeting on Wednesday, June 29
at 7:00 P.M. Woodard seconded, carried.
Commissioner Sanders moved to adjourn at 8:20 PM. Commissioner
Misko seconded, carried.
