BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 13, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:55 p.m. by Mayor
Salentine. Also present were Commissioners Dumke, Hilt,
Patterson, D. Sanders, H. Sanders, Simmons and Taube, City Clerk
Marenda, and Deputy Commissioners Jacobs, Pilak and Proeber.
Hilt moved for approval of minutes of meeting held October 23,
1990. Simmons seconded, carried.
Deputy Commissioner Pilak explained the cash flow problem
indicating that expenses were within their budget, however
$1,200.00 of 1990 assessments were delinquent to be placed on the
tax roll and not collected until 1991. Commissioner Simmons
moved to request a $1,000.00 loan from the City until September
30, 1991. Commissioner Patterson seconded, carried 7-0.
Deputy Commissioner Proeber advised he attended the Wind Lake
District meeting to hear a report on their lake study.
Deputy Commissioner Pilak stated a representative of the Big Lake
District will attend a workshop at the Waukesha County Courthouse
regarding the grant from the DNR for lake districts.
Commissioner D. Sanders moved to adjourn at 8:05 p.m.
Commissioner Patterson seconded, carried.
