UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Update on Status of Big Muskego Lake Dam - The City will not
accept ownership of the dam until review of a SEWPRC study is
completed.
Status of Schultz Lane - Atty. Molter advised a delay has been
caused with this project due to the fact that the legal
descriptions of the property in question have been changed and
consequently several of the easement documents need to be
changed. There is a problem securing a clear title on the Suchy
easement which also needs to be resolved. Regarding the boat
launch, Deputy Commissioner Pilak stated that four out of the
five businesses on the lake have signed a ten year agreement
regulating their boat launching fees. It is anticipated that Mr.
Sobek will be signing also. The DNR will then provide funds for
the rehabilitation of the lake.
Emerald Park Update - The final proposal is to be reviewed on
March 22, 1989.
Discussion of Expanded Sewer Service Area - The Clerk read a
letter from the Deputy Commissioners stating their support of the
expanded sewer service area.

Deputy Commissioner Pilak reported that the DNR has been
contacted regarding the feasibility of a lake draw -down due to
the carp problem. He advised that if Mr. Sobek signs the
agreement regulating boat launching fees, the DNR may help with
the cost. He stated he felt the draw -down would be the cheapest
and most thorough method of carp eradication.
